T240 will fit easily into most small hatchback cars and still leave room for passengers & the model box. The fuselage is constructed from CNC Laser/Router & die cut plywood parts, which slots together quickly & easily. The engine is fully enclosed within the cowl, the front of which is pre shaped from balsa & the cowling it self is wrapped from thin birch plywood. The cabin interior is cavernous and comes with a printed cockpit dashboard and two piece easy removed floor panel to hide the servos & receiver ect, our prototype carried a large video camera looking through the side window giving dramatic results. This added weight made no differance to the model in flight. The wings which features die & Laser cut plywood ribs on hardwood spars are in two parts with servos for each aileron & flap (if fitted). They are jointed with a 15mm thick plywood brace & retained onto the fuselage with wing bolts. Working struts are provided which both add to the realism & strength. The wing loading is low and this makes for slower landings even without the use of flaps. T-240 would make the ideal club trainer as it's remarkably stable & highly visible. T-240 will fly very happily on a standard 91cu.in (10cc) 2 stroke buts its essential to use at least a 14" propellor because of its large cowl. The Kit contains full picture instructions and plans all basic accessories including: Undercarriage & Tail wheel assembly For extra space when fitting the larger petrol engines, there is a fibre glass cowl available Part No. PR124-6
