The original of the DFS Weihe was constructed in 1938 by H. Jacobs of
the German Research Institute for Gliding (DFS). The consecration
should surpass the Rhönadler, which was very popular at the time.
Incidentally, the surface profile was adopted from the heron. This
model is a very beautiful laser-cut wooden construction set of the
finest quality.
The model can be built either as a glider or as an electric glider
The installation of electric spoilers is possible at your own
discretion.
