The Yamaha Majesty 250 is a Japanese scooter that was presented to the public for the first time in 1996 - its serial production started in the same year and is still ongoing. The drive is provided by an engine with a capacity of 249.7 cm3 and a maximum power of 22 HP. The curb weight of the scooter does not exceed 170 kilograms. The Majesty 250 model was put into production by the Yamaha Motor Company concern, in order to establish a market battle with the Honda Helix 250 scooter, on the domestic and Western European markets. The scooter underwent a facelift in 2000, which consisted in a change of design, increased travel comfort and the use of disc brakes with double-piston calipers. The scooter has also been slightly lengthened. It is worth adding that in the years 2004-2010 the YP400 version was offered with a 400 cm3 engine, positioned as the so-called maxi-scooter. From 2003 it was offered in Europe and Asia, and from 2004 - in the United States.
