In the case of new items we may not have known the price at the time of going on the web and this is shown by TBA (To Be Advised). It is not possible to order items indicated this way from the web site. We have tried wherever possible to show measurements in both metric and imperial (and on some occasion these have been rounded up or down for convenience, as such please read all measurements as approximate). Although every effort has been made to ensure that the information on this site is correct we cannot guarantee their are no inaccuracies. We will endeavour to correct anything brought to our attention.
Should an item be inadvertently misdescribed then the consumer will be entitled to a full refund (including postage costs) on the return of the goods.
Occasionally where an illustration of the model is not available we have used a photograph of the full-sized aircraft etc. We hope you enjoy what you see and find the contents of our web site useful. All prices are shown in pounds sterling and include UK VAT.
Payments can be made by Credit or Debit cards - please fill in details on the ordering page. For Non-EU countries outside the United Kingdom, Value Added Tax (VAT) is deductible on all items except books and magazines. When we receive your order we will automatically remove the VAT if it is not applicable to your country of origin.

Although we retain a very comprehensive stock we can not guarantee that every item shown and listed is always ex stock due to varying demand and supply. This does in particular apply to imported items where the lines of supply are sometimes extended. If a low cost item is not immediately available, and we have a similar product, we will send a near substitute unless requested not to.
